With more than 18 years of experience in research and teaching, Dr Manoj K. Tripathi has professional expertise in the areas of medicinal compounds, functional and nutraceutical food, probiotic food and by-products utilization. He has more than 25 process/technologies to his credit. Dr Tripathi is recipient of several prestigious awards and honours, is the Executive member of Scientific Panel FSSAI, BIS : FAD 10 and FAD 19 and the Editor-In-Chief of Octa Journal of Bioscience. With more than 85 research papers and 14 authored/ edited books to his name, Dr Tripathi is currently working as a Principal Scientist (Biochemistry) at ICAR-CIAE (Govt of India), Bhopal.
