In the present investigation, the effect of different planting geometries was studied on the growth and yield of broad bean varieties. The findings demonstrated that variety Pusa Udit recorded maximum and significantly higher plant height, number of leaves plant, number of branches plan, leaf areaplant, pods plant, number of seedspod, 100 seed weight, pod length, seed yield plant and seed yield over Pusa Sumeet. The planting geometry 30 × 10 cm recorded the maximum plant height and 60 × 15 cm recorded the maximum and significantly higher number of leaves plant, number of branches plant, leaf area plant, number of pods plant and seed yield plant. However, the maximum and significantly higher seed yield was recorded under planting geometry 30 x 15 cm over other options being at par with 30 × 10 cm.
